ivgStores: Our History Started with Satisfied Customers

When we recognized the needs of consumers looking for furniture online, we simply set out to satisfy that demand. We were surprised to hear back that customers were so pleased. As we have expanded into more products and more sites, we have discovered that online retail has been very satisfying. We started only selling barstools: they were out there in stores, but always in limited styles, and when it came to customizing, prices got pretty darn high. So now here we are: selling lots of wonderful products online for home, work and play, an authorized Internet dealer for a growing number of excellent manufacturers and brands.

Forgive our boasting by displaying our "Testimonials". These would seem almost embarrassingly self-serving were it not for the fact that they came to us unsolicited.

We have had some disappointments as well, and problems can happen - delivery delays are frustrating, as is unexpected shipping damage; but we deal with them directly, we offer a liberal Return Policy , and we have a staff (as you will read below) that works with you to satisfy and meet your needs.

We have black oak in NorCal and that is some amazing taste! Great heat and with the separate firebox I can get the perfect mix of slow-cooking heat and smoke.
